Frequently asked questions about paying your invoice

The simplest and fastest way is to add Beauchemin to your online banking as a supplier.

Instructions:

  • Open your online banking → Bill Payment / Supplier Payment section.
  • In the Supplier field, search for and select: Mazout Beauchemin
  • When the platform asks for a reference, enter your:
    • ✅ Customer Number (5 digits)
    • ❌ Do not enter your invoice number.
    • Reference: Customer Number (5 digits) Your customer number must include 5 digits. If your number is shorter, add leading zeros. Ex: 842 → 00842 Ex: 1742 → 01742 This number ensures your payment is correctly applied to your account.
